Soraco Technologies Inc. (“ST”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the Quick License Manager Mobile App (“App”).

The QLM License Server, where collected information is stored, can be hosted either by ST or by the software vendor who purchase a license of the QLM License Server (ST-Customer). When the QLM License Server is hosted by ST-Customer, ST has no visibility on the data stored on the Server.

The subsequent information reflects how the QLM License Server (Server) stores and uses collected data.

???? Information Collected

When you use the App, the Server collects the following data:

  • Login Credentials: You must log in using credentials created in the Quick License Manager Desktop application. These credentials are used solely for authentication.
  • Device Information: Upon login, we temporarily collect your device ID and device name. This data is used exclusively for license validation and enforcement.

When creating license keys for your own customers through the QLM Mobile App, if you associate the license to a customer (via an email address), the QLM License Server stores the email address and any other personal information entered via the App for the purpose of identifying the owner of the license. You can delete this information via the QLM Mobile App simply by selecting the customer / license and deleting it.

The information collected is used for:

  • Verifying your identity and license status
  • Enforcing license terms and restrictions
  • Ensuring secure access to licensed features

All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols to protect against unauthorized access.

???? Data Retention

Device ID and device name are stored temporarily and are not retained beyond the scope of license validation. No personal data is stored persistently on the device or on our servers via the mobile app.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. All data handling is strictly limited to operational and security purposes within Soraco Technologies Inc.

We take data security seriously and implement the following safeguards:

  • Encrypted communication between the App and our servers
  • Secure credential verification
  • Temporary data storage with automatic purging
